Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Higher Education Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary campus resource for students navigating learning technologies and academic platforms.
• Coordinate onboarding experiences for students to use college-supported technologies.
• Provide coaching, consultation, and guidance to promote technology confidence and student success.
• Develop student-facing resources, tutorials, and self-service materials for learning technologies.
• Identify technology barriers and recommend improvements to enhance access and engagement.
• Coordinate student-facing initiatives like the NMC LINK iPad program and other academic tech programs.
• Support faculty and staff in onboarding and adoption of learning technologies.
• Gather and analyze feedback to improve learning technology services and student experience.
• Ensure alignment with institutional priorities and accessibility goals.
