Job summary

ADAMS AND ASSOCIATES INC is seeking a full-time admin-clerical supervisor in Keystone - Drums, PA. The role oversees student government, the student union snack bar, and welfare funds, while coordinating voting and leadership training for students.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent, with experience in training delivery and leadership development. A valid in-State driver's license is required, with preference for advanced education.

Qualifications

• Must have strong facilitation skills to deliver training programs to students.
• Experience delivering training or leadership programs to groups is required.
• Leadership development and student leadership experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise student government association (SGA), including communication with administration, scheduling and supervising meetings, and guiding development of skills in student government.
• Supervise student union snack bar operators and overall operation of student union snack bar.
• Ensure student union snack bar meets all state and local health regulations and safety requirements.
• Coordinate all SGA functions, including administration of the student welfare fund. Prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
• Chaperone student government functions.
• Coordinate voting activities.
• Ensure student records and data are kept, and are accurate and up-to-date.
• Conduct group sessions per schedule; participate in orientation activities and student leadership training.
• Provide positive customer services to students, staff and center customers.
