Job summary

The STEPS Program Coordinator at University of Kentucky's Lewis Honors College supports administrative, operational, and student engagement for honors pathway programs in Lexington. You will coordinate student leadership initiatives and co-curricular programming while ensuring smooth day-to-day operation.

You will work with students, faculty, staff, alumni, and campus partners to deliver educational experiences that foster leadership development and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two (2) years of related experience in higher education, student affairs, program coordination, event planning, project management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and student information systems.

Responsibilities

• Organize student leadership initiatives and co-curricular programming.
• Support admissions processes and program assessment for pathway programs.
• Work closely with students, faculty, staff, alumni, and campus partners.
• Deliver educational experiences supporting leadership development and professional growth.
