Job summary

Insights Training Group seeks a Leadership Coordinator to develop and oversee student leadership programs. The role coordinates with management to establish a high-functioning program, organizes the Student Government Association (SGA) and promotes activities on campus and in the community.

Responsibilities include planning leadership development, overseeing SGA, tracking outcomes, and collaborating with center departments to integrate opportunities. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Min 1–2 years related experience in education.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate leadership development training for students.
• Oversee Student Government Association including weekly meetings and committees.
• Promote involvement in student activities and community service.
• Ensure SGA operates within DOL, corporate and center plans.
• Promotes modeling and mentoring of Career Success Standards (CSS).
• Participate in Center Management Teams.
• Track and report participation, progress and outcomes of leadership programs.
• Collaborate with center departments to integrate leadership opportunities.
• Provide initial leadership training during CPP.
• Organize student-led events and community service projects.
• Work toward meeting center performance goals.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety practices.
• Comply with DOL guidelines, Job Corps notices, and policies.
• Maintain building and equipment; care of supplies.
• Participate in mandated staff training.
• Perform other duties within scope and capabilities.
