Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution and two (2) years of student services or college teaching experience, or experience coordinating, administering, planning, or evaluating programs.
• OR Associate's Degree from a regionally accredited institution and four (4) years of student services or college teaching experience, or experience coordinating, administering, planning, or evaluating programs.
• OR High School/G.E.D. from a regionally accredited institution and six (6) years of student services or college teaching experience, or experience coordinating, administering, planning, or evaluating programs.

Responsibilities

• 40% - Service Learning & Community-Based Learning: lead coordination, implementation, and evaluation of service-learning initiatives with faculty, students and partners.
• 20% - Student Leadership Development: develop, coordinate and evaluate leadership programs and trainings.
• 10% - Student Ambassador Program: coordinate recruitment, onboarding and training of ambassadors.
• 10% - Civic Engagement & Community Partnerships: build relationships with community organizations and promote student engagement.
• 10% - Program Assessment & Continuous Improvement: collect and analyze data to improve programs and outcomes.
• 5% - Student Clubs & Organizations: support clubs, officers and advisors with policies and planning.
