Job summary

Minnetonka Public School Service Center seeks a Season Dates Student Leadership Assistant Advisor to mentor student participants and support enrichment activities for the 2026-27 period. You will plan, schedule, and supervise seasonal activities in line with District policy, ensuring a positive learning environment and adherence to safety and conduct standards.

The role involves coordinating with the Director of Activities and the Student Activities Office, assisting with hiring and evaluation

Qualifications

Experience working with students is preferred.
Ability to plan and coordinate activities and schedules.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of school policies and student conduct guidelines.

Responsibilities

Advise individual student participants in the skills necessary for successful performance.
Manage and supervise student behavior during activity events.
Responsible for all matters pertaining to the organization and administration of advising/coaching an enrichment team.
Provide a positive learning environment for student participants.
Plan and schedule seasonal activity in accordance with District policy.
Coordinate with the Student Activities Office for scheduling and preparation of the activity area/facility.
Attend, supervise and lead related activities pertinent to advising.
