Job summary

Illinois State University is seeking an I.T. Help Desk Technician to provide first-level technical support for computing and technology needs within the Division of Student Affairs.

You will handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries and document issues to facilitate resolution or escalation using SAIT approved processes. This on-campus, part-time role offers up to 28 hours per week with shifts 7:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
