Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in college student personnel, higher education, or related field.
• 1–3 years of programming, event management, student life, or student development experience.
• Experience advising RSOs and knowledge of university policies is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Registered Student Organizations by developing resources, trainings, and tools.
• Manage RSOs budgets and funding requests.
• Advise student leaders and RSO advisors on policies and event planning.
• Oversee RSO registration, compliance, and event support.
• Coordinate cross-organization collaboration and shared programming.
• Plan and implement departmental programs and campus events.
• Co-advising Student Government Association and support leadership development.
• Supervise the Student Involvement Resource Center and Underground game room.
• Serve as marketing manager for OSI.
• Contribute to strategic planning and assessment.
• Attend SSE and staff meetings.
