Qualifications

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to students, faculty, and staff.
• Provide clerical/administrative support with attention to confidentiality.
• Shift availability daytime; office hours 8:00am–5:00pm; occasional events on weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, supportive customer service to students, faculty, and staff; refer to appropriate personnel and resources.
• Provide administrative/clerical support to Center for Student Involvement and suite offices by greeting guests, answering phone calls and directing guests and students to the appropriate resource.
• Respond professionally to office emails.
• Design promotional materials- graphic design for event posters, etc.
• Help set up, monitor, and tear down event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, signage, and materials.
• Prepare event supplies, giveaways, and promotional materials.
• Assist with social media content creation and basic marketing efforts, as assigned.
