University of Kansas seeks a Student Intramural Sports Program Manager of Sports to support the Intramural Sports program, supervise daily operations, and collaborate with staff. Responsibilities include overseeing participants and teams, planning schedules for over 1,200 annual games, leading staff trainings, and ensuring accurate standings.

Qualifications

• Strong written skills demonstrated on application materials.
• Prior experience in team sports.
• Current CPR/AED Certification or willingness to obtain within first month of employment.
• Current NFHS Concussion In Sports Certification or willingness to obtain within first month of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Intramural Sports Participants and Teams.
• Plan, promote, execute, and evaluate the daily operations of the Intramural Sports program.
• Organize Intramural Sports events, registrations, league building, equipment, and evaluation of 30+ sports.
• Serve as liaison for 800+ teams and 5,000 annual participants.
• Data entry for season and tournament standings; maintain records.
