Indiana University's Recreational Sports seeks a Part-Time Intramural Sports Head Supervisor in Bloomington. Responsabilités

• Oversees daily intramural sport operations to ensure participant safety and a positive experience.
• Supervises Assistant Supervisors, Evaluators, and Officials during shifts and ensures proper staffing coverage and program delivery.
• Coordinates event management including facility inspections, equipment setup, and space readiness.
• Assists with game setup including moving goals and other equipment, tables, tents, coolers, etc.
• Responds to injuries and incidents and implements risk management protocols.
• Monitors staff performance and provides feedback and evaluations.
• Ensures compliance with all Recreational Sports policies and procedures.
• Completes reports, including incident reports, shift documentation, and facility inspections.
• Provides clear communication between staff, participants, and professional staff.
