First Roles is seeking a policy professional to monitor federal, state, and local legislation and regulatory developments relevant to the organization, and to prepare concise summaries and briefing memos for meetings with elected officials and their staff.

You will track the status of bills, committee hearings, and floor action, maintain an organized database of legislative contacts, and support outreach to legislators, agency personnel, and coalition partners.
