Job summary

Venbrook seeks a Client Service Manager for Student Insurance to independently service a portfolio of schools and universities. You will be the primary contact for coverage, enrollment, waivers, claims, and billing, while coordinating with athletic trainers and staff to ensure timely responses.

You will report to the Client Executive, Student Insurance, and work with carriers and internal teams to renew annually. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance, benefits, client service, claims, or account management experience.
• Ability to travel approximately 5%-15% of the time.
• US work authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Independently service an assigned portfolio of schools, colleges, and universities.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for coverage, enrollment, waivers, claims, and billing.
• Respond to client inquiries within established service standards, typically within one business day.
• Build strong relationships with athletic trainers, student health staff, and school personnel.
• Maintain client service calendars aligned with enrollment periods and renewal milestones.
• Track outstanding items and follow through to completion.
• Maintain accurate client records and prepare status and enrollment reports.
