Job summary

Venbrook Group in Woodland Hills is seeking a Client Service Manager for Student Insurance. You will independently service an assigned portfolio of schools, handling coverage questions, enrollment, waivers, and billing while maintaining excellent client relations.

Work closely with the Client Executive, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely responses, renewals, and clean CRM records. Some travel (5–15%) may be required during enrollment cycles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance, employee benefits, client service, claims, or account management experience.
• License in Accident & Health or Life & Health, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organization and follow-through during enrollment periods.
• Ability to read benefits and policy documents and explain them clearly.

Responsibilities

• Independently service an assigned portfolio of schools, colleges, and universities.
• Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day questions on coverage and billing.
• Respond to inquiries within established service standards, typically within one business day.
• Maintain client service calendars and coordinate renewal activities.
• Track items and escalate complex issues to the Client Executive.
