Job summary

Cristo Rey Jesuit High School is seeking a Student Information Coordinator to ensure the reliability and security of our student data systems. You will lead data reporting, system upgrades, and user training, focusing on PowerSchool and related platforms, reporting to school leadership on data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience with student information systems or school data management.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of FERPA compliance and school data security practices.

Responsibilities

Manage PowerSchool setup, development, integration, and user support.
Maintain SIS environments, manage user accounts and security settings.
Manage school year setup and annual SIS rollover, including calendar configuration.
Coordinate data exchange between PowerSchool, WISEdata, and other platforms.
Provide training and support to staff on data systems.
