Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; data entry experience preferred.
• Experience with school information systems and records management.
• Ability to type accurately and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain attendance and demographic data in the student information system.
• Generate periodic federal, state, and local reports.
• Prepare correspondence to parents regarding absences and tardies.
• Back up records to secure storage and maintain daily backups.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues affecting data systems.
• Collaborate with staff and administration on data-related tasks.
