Twin Rivers Unified School District invites applications for a Paraeducator-Independence Facilitator at WPCS Eastside. This role provides behavior intervention and medical support to students, assists teachers with instruction, and helps manage classrooms across SPED, general education, lunchroom and play field settings.

Work: 7 hours/day, 5 days/week, 182 work days/year. Salary: $21.24–$28.08 per hour in 9 steps, placement based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of competency assessment demonstrating knowledge to assist in reading, writing, and mathematics; 48 college credits may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual behavior intervention and medical support to students.
• Assist teachers with instruction and classroom management in special and general education, lunchroom and play field settings.
• Support in lunchroom and play field environments.
