Qualifications

• Completion of a competency assessment demonstrating knowledge and ability to assist in reading, writing, and math.
• Completion of at least 48 college credit units may substitute for the competency assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual behavior intervention and medical support to students in classroom settings.
• Assists teachers with instruction and classroom management in special education and general education classrooms, lunchroom and play field environments.
