Job summary

Twin Rivers Unified School District is seeking a Paraeducator-Independence Facilitator for Foothill High School. The position supports individual students with behavior interventions and medical needs, assisting in both special and general education classrooms, as well as lunchroom and outdoor areas.

This role requires collaboration with teachers to support instruction and classroom management. The position is 7 hours per day, five days a week, with salary between $21.24 and $28.08 per hour in 9

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and successful completion of a competency assessment in reading, writing, and mathematics.
• Completion of 48 college credit units may substitute for the competency assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual behavior intervention and medical support to students in classroom settings.
• Assists individuals or small groups of students to enhance learning.
• Assists teachers with instruction and classroom management in special education and general education settings, including lunchroom and play field environments.
