Qualifications

• Enrollment in at least one credit toward current semester.
• Maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clerical duties for Human Resources and offices as assigned.
• Operate phone system, answer and transfer calls.
• Take messages and relay to appropriate personnel.
• Greet visitors and direct them to the correct staff.
• Input data into HRIS and create basic reports.
• Maintain confidential personnel files and follow retention schedules.
• Support background checks and recruitment data entry.
• Assist with postings in the position management system and mass mailings.
• Perform light cleaning and restock office supplies.
