Job summary

University Partners in Columbia, SC is seeking a dependable Housekeeper/Turn Support to keep living and common spaces clean, safe, and welcoming. You’ll focus on unit and bedspace turns after move-outs and daily cleaning of amenities, offices, models, and shared areas.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the Maintenance Supervisor, preparing units for move-in, cleaning appliances, bathrooms, and floors, and maintaining cleanliness logs. Weekend shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to review daily turn schedules.
• Clean units and bedspaces after move-outs and prep for move-ins.
• Clean common areas, amenities, offices, and restrooms.
• Remove trash and maintain waste areas.
• Maintain cleaning and safety logs; report needs.
• Provide weekend or afternoon coverage as required.
