University Partners in Wisconsin seeks a Housekeeper/Turn Support to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming spaces across the community. You will focus on unit and bedspace turns after move-outs and daily cleaning of amenities, offices, models, hallways, and common areas.

Work under Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, coordinating with maintenance, leasing, and vendors during turns. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to work weekends or overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Willingness to learn and follow direction.
• Ability to read cleaning labels and safety instructions.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or turn experience preferred.
• Reliable, organized, and punctual.
• Able to manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work indoors and outdoors as needed.
• Available to work weekends or overtime as required.

Responsabilités

• Clean units and common areas after move-outs and prepare for move-ins.
• Clean amenities, offices, models, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and restrooms.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, remove trash, and perform periodic deep cleaning.
• Maintain cleaning logs and report supply needs.
• Provide weekend or afternoon coverage as scheduled.
