Job summary

S.C. Swiderski (SCS) seeks a Turnover Specialist II to support Leasing and Maintenance by deep cleaning and preparing apartments for showings, and ensuring public areas remain neat and inviting.

You will work with Property Managers to organize inspections, turnovers, and cleanliness of model homes and common spaces. The role requires 5+ years of cleaning experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Level II turnover role requires 5+ years of residential or commercial cleaning experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare units for move-ins/outs with deep cleaning, painting, and staging.
• Assist tenants and guests courteously; support tenant satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate housekeeping requests and public area upkeep with Leasing and Maintenance teams.
• Conduct pre-inspections for move-outs and report needed repairs or touch-ups.
• Maintain cleanliness of building public areas and exterior surroundings; assist with showings and leasing office duties.
