CSU Fullerton Auxiliary Services Corporation (ASC) seeks a Housing Coordinator for Project Rebound to oversee the John Irwin House and provide comprehensive support to residents. The role emphasizes case management, trauma-informed practices, and collaboration with campus partners to ensure a safe, inclusive living environment.

The position requires at least two years in related fields, a Bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in substance abuse counseling, case management, life coaching/mentorship, or reentry services.
• Knowledge/experience in trauma-informed programming, restorative justice, and/or conflict resolution.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the John Irwin House (JIH) to ensure a safe, supportive living environment.
• Enforce Student License Agreement and policies in line with Project Rebound's goals.
• Provide guidance and support to residents on personal, academic, and social matters.
• Conduct regular house meetings and one-on-one sessions with residents.
• Manage housing applications, waiting lists, screening, and room assignments.
• Maintain housing records and occupancy reports; coordinate move in/out procedures.
• Collaborate with Executive Director and Program Director on activity schedules for residents.
