Job summary

CSU Fullerton Auxiliary Services Corporation (ASC) seeks a Housing Coordinator for Project Rebound to oversee the John Irwin House, coordinate supportive housing, assess resident needs, and refer to campus and community resources. The role requires case-management experience, trauma-informed approaches, and the ability to work evenings and weekends to support residents and program goals.

Funding is grant-based; continuation depends on funding.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in substance abuse counseling, case management, life coaching/mentorship, or reentry services.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed programming, restorative justice, or conflict resolution.
• Ability to travel and work some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the John Irwin House to ensure a safe, supportive living environment.
• Familiarize and enforce policies and procedures aligned with Project Rebound goals.
• Provide guidance to residents on personal, academic, and social matters.
• Maintain housing records, manage applications, and coordinate move-in/out procedures.
• Prepare reports on housing operations and resident satisfaction for university administration.
