Job summary

Yugo Tallahassee Catalyst in Tallahassee, FL is looking for an Assistant General Manager to support daily property operations and assist the General Manager in delivering a superior student housing experience.

You will manage resident accounts, assist with lease renewals and move-ins/outs, monitor budgets, and lead leasing efforts while ensuring top-tier service and compliance across the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; experience in residential properties or rental ops acceptable in lieu of degree.
• 1 year of experience in residential properties, rental operations, or related business operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily property operations and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Manage resident accounts: rent collections, delinquencies, invoicing, deposits, and payments.
