Capstone On-Campus Management (COCM) seeks a Director of Facilities & Operations for Rountree Commons at the UW-Platteville campus. You will oversee daily facilities functions, budgeting, maintenance, and vendor contracts, collaborating with UW-Platteville partners and the Real Estate Foundation.

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in student housing operations, property management, or facilities management.
• Experience in budget planning, personnel, data analysis, and reporting.
• Strong communication and collaboration with students, staff, and campus partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and housing/work order management software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff at multiple levels.
• Oversee HR functions: benefits, payroll, hiring, training, evaluation.
• Represent site to campus partners, owner, auditors, and stakeholders.
• Provide fiscal oversight by managing operating and capital budgets.
