Job summary

Capstone On-Campus Management (COCM) seeks a Director of Student Housing Facilities & Operations for Rountree Commons, UW-Platteville. Lead day-to-day facilities, budgets, maintenance, and staff to support 620 beds and residents.

The role reports to the Regional Vice President and requires collaboration with campus partners. Strong operational experience and in-office work Monday–Friday are expected, with a comprehensive benefits package included.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in student housing operations or facilities management.
• Experience with budgets, payroll, AP and reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and housing software.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff at multiple levels and maintain service standards.
• Oversee operating budgets, accounts payable and capital projects.
• Coordinate with campus partners, owners, auditors and COCM staff.
• Ensure daily facilities maintenance and manage vendor contracts.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation as needed.
