Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Intention to obtain Certified Pool Operator (CPO) within six months.
• Clear and effective communication skills essential.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and safety conscious attitude required.
• Valid driver’s license necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition of the property per company procedures.
• Perform maintenance tasks and respond to service requests in a timely manner.
• Document work performed and materials used daily.
• Promote positive relations with residents and staff.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks as assigned.
