Job summary

Coastal Ridge Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant at our Miami Preserve community near Miami University in Oxford, OH. The role supports leasing efforts, conducts tours, handles inquiries, and guides applicants through the application and lease process to meet occupancy goals.

You’ll work at a student housing community with modern amenities and a focus on exceptional resident service, reporting to the Property Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain real estate licenses/certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions.
• Previous leasing and sales experience preferred; multifamily or student housing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to leasing targets and team goals.
• Greet and engage prospective residents, building rapport and presenting the property.
• Provide tours highlighting features and benefits tailored to prospects.
• Close leases by addressing objections and securing commitments.
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours via phone, email, or in person.
• Enter lead data in Entrata and follow up with warm calls or emails.
• Understand leasing trends and product availability to guide decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized office, model units, and common areas.
• Assist with community marketing, events, and resident programs.
• Guide applicants through the application process and ensure lease accuracy.
