Homestead Companies in Columbus, OH, is seeking a Leasing Consultant for University Village. You will deliver friendly service to prospective and current residents, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the lease process.

You will also assist with marketing listings online and offline, maintain resident records, and collaborate with management and maintenance to ensure resident satisfaction. Weekend availability is required in this fast-paced, collegiate community.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with people in an upbeat environment.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and Sundays as needed.
• Enthusiastic and professional customer service.
• Entrata experience is a plus.
• Experience in a collegiate environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to future and current residents promptly.
• Conduct property tours highlighting features and amenities.
• Assist applicants with rental applications and leasing paperwork.
• Support marketing initiatives online and offline for listings.
• Build strong relationships with residents and promote engagement.
• Stay informed on local rental market trends and competitors.
• Handle leasing office tasks and maintain accurate resident records.
• Communicate effectively with management and maintenance teams.
