Job summary

SPM, LLC is seeking a dynamic Leasing and Marketing Manager for a student housing community. You will lead the lead-to-lease process, develop marketing campaigns, and partner with a Leasing Team, Community Manager, and Portfolio Marketing Manager to hit leasing goals.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in marketing, leasing, or student housing, strong communication, organization, and the ability to lead a team while connecting with local universities and businesses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing, leasing, student housing or property management experience.
• Understanding of current trends in marketing and advertising.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and performance metrics.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team-oriented mindset with a drive for success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the lead-to-lease process.
• Ensure accuracy of all lease documents.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and universities.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and rate plans.
• Track performance against leasing KPIs and improve where needed.
• Lead team recruitment, training, and retention efforts.
• Maintain in-depth market knowledge to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Uphold compliance and required training through SPM University.

What You'll Do

As a Leasing and Marketing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind lead-to-lease success, campaign execution, and team development. You'll work closely with the Leasing Team, Community Manager, and Portfolio Marketing Manager to ensure the community meets its leasing and marketing goals.
