Job summary

Campus Apartments seeks an energetic Sales Manager for an on-site property. You will manage leasing, marketing initiatives and outreach to achieve maximum occupancy while delivering exceptional resident service.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and strong computer skills (MS Word/Excel/Outlook). You’ll oversee tours, lead follow-up, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; basic math.
• Knowledge of Entrata is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease units to maximize occupancy.
• Serve as first contact for leasing inquiries; schedule appointments and lead tours.
• Develop proactive marketing initiatives and renewal programs.
• Maintain occupancy at market rates and ensure fiscal stability for the property.
• Record traffic and activity; follow up on lead and work orders.
• Assist with hiring and training leasing staff.
• Perform general administrative duties as needed.
