Qualifications

• Ability to operate a golf cart safely.
• Lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in general labor and property maintenance.
• Ability to read safety rules and MSDS documentation.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior and exterior areas to property standards.
• Maintain property groundskeeping and trash collection.
• Vacuum, mop, or shampoo floors in resident rooms and common areas.
• Assist service team with work orders and materials handling.
• Support apartment make-ready duties and turnover.
• Assist with pool maintenance and pressure washing (if applicable).
• Safely operate facility equipment per safety protocols.
• Keep shops, storage areas orderly and stocked.
• Follow multi-step instructions and maintain safety.
