American Campus Communities is seeking a Groundskeeper at 3rd & West in West Lafayette, IN to maintain buildings and grounds, including common areas and amenities, and to keep the property’s curb appeal to ACC standards. The role supports the service team with make-ready duties, turnover, and seasonal maintenance, with training provided.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented and willing to learn general labor and property maintenance.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive a golf cart and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with general labor and cleaning tasks.
• Ability to read safety rules and follow MSDS instructions.
• Ability to understand and carry out multi-step instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior and exterior areas to standard.
• Groundskeeping including trash collection.
• Vacuuming, mopping, and stocking bathrooms in units and common areas.
