Job summary

The Student Hospitality Manager role is part of the SHMP, a structured development program at Aramark designed to provide hands-on experience across residential dining, retail, catering, and concessions. Participants work with a mentor and site management to develop leadership, customer service, and business skills during the academic year.

You'll rotate through operations, support daily tasks, and have opportunities to lead small projects while gaining practical insight into hospitality

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality, business, or related program (preferred but not required).
• Strong interest in hospitality management and leadership.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to operational processes across dining, retail, catering, and concessions.
• Participate in rotations to build a broad hospitality skillset.
• Support mentor and management in staffing, product quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in staff training and observe leadership approaches in real time.
• Contribute to projects such as events, sustainability initiatives, and client engagement.
• Develop communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
• Maintain safety standards and assist with observations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk up to 6 hours.
