Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Two years healthcare or school health experience preferred.
• Valid CPR certification prior to hire.
• Valid First Aid certification prior to hire.
• Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required.

Responsibilities

• Administer basic first aid and assess care needs; document accidents and illnesses.
• Maintain health office and records; review immunization records for compliance.
• Administer daily medications per district procedures under supervision.
• Report attendance and communicate absences to parents and principals.
• Provide health information and emergency guidance to students, families and staff.
• Deliver health education and organize health screenings (hearing, vision, lice).
• Prepare and maintain health equipment and supplies.
