Job summary

Academy of Arts & Academics High School (A3) is seeking an Educational Assistant - Health Assistant (Part Time) to support the Health Room, maintain student health records, and assist the nursing staff. Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher (attach diploma); OR
• Completion of two years post-secondary study consisting of 72 credit hours, 48 semester units (attach transcripts); OR
• High school diploma or GED AND
• Meet a rigorous standard of quality, and can demonstrate knowledge of reading/language arts, writing and mathematics or readiness.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and updates student health information records.
• Assists nurses and health staff in health room duties.
• Provides basic emergency medical care and first aid when needed.
