The University of New Mexico SHAC seeks a Student Health Promotions Aide to assist with the Health Promotion department, supporting public health education campaigns and campus outreach. You will answer questions and help students access SHAC information and resources.

This student role emphasizes assisting with health campaigns across physical, sexual, reproductive, and mental health, and supporting events and outreach activities on campus.

Qualifications

• Must have current Work-Study Award (Federal or State).
• Previous experience in a customer service position is preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare system as reception, aide, or volunteer is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support SHAC outreach and events and assist with public health education campaigns on campus (physical health, sexual health, reproductive health, and mental health).
• Answer questions and provide information about SHAC services to students.
