Responsibilities

• Lead Student Insurance Operations: manage SMIP and Student Dental Insurance Plan; oversee enrollment and waivers; maintain eligibility records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communications to students, families, and campus partners; maintain and update insurance information across platforms.
• Ensure financial stewardship: monitor charges, billing reconciliation, and financial reporting; work with Bursar and operations teams.
• Lead and develop team members: recruit, onboard, mentor, and provide coaching for staff; support professional development.
