Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers on large client projects by preparing project documentation.
• Track and execute post‑implementation season improvements and initiatives.
• Manage a portfolio of renewing client implementation projects.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, quality guidelines, and timelines.
• Communicate with both internal and external customers.
