Job summary

Relation Insurance Services, Inc. - RISI is seeking a Sales Project Manager to perform specialized administrative duties, supporting the Director of Sales Development and the sales team with high accuracy and discretion.

You will manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare client presentations, and coordinate materials for prospective business, while mentoring administrative staff to ensure timely, compliant communications and deliverables.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10 years in an administrative role with at least 5 years supporting Executive Management.
• P&C or Life license preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Interpersonal skills for sensitive/confidential situations.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Acts as ambassador of Relation culture to clients, teams and visitors.
• Mentors and manages administrative support team members.
• Schedules and confirms appointments, manages calendar, monitors emails for action items, composes responses for designated producers.
• Prepares information on prospective new business and correspondence for review.
• Fields calls and serves as front line liaison to accounts.
• Takes minutes of meetings and prepares action item lists.
• Balances conflicting priorities to meet deadlines and manage workflow.
• Provides backup support to client support teams and agency management systems.
