Hair Cuttery is launching a FuturePRO (Student to Work) program in which cosmetology students can start earning while learning. You will participate in a mentorship, orientation, and advanced training to build cutting, color, and fading skills.

As you progress, you can move up an 8-level career ladder with commission opportunities and a potential earnings path toward six figures after licensure. Work-life balance and benefits are highlighted as part of the fit.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment as beauty school student ready to transition to a professional career.
• Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
• Willingness to learn cuts, fades, and color from the best in the business.

Responsabilités

• Support the Guest Experience: assist with reception and guest interactions.
• Develop Your Craft: follow training plan with Salon Leader.
• Professional Partnership: consult with licensed pro on select guests.
• Observe & Learn: watch professionals and ask questions to sharpen skills.
• Business Building: receive training on product knowledge and client development.
