Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is launching the FuturePRO Student to Work program, inviting hairstylist and barber students to begin building their income and career from day one. You will join a salon team with mentorship, new hire orientation, and hands-on guidance to grow your skills and confidence.

As you progress, you’ll receive 90-day mentorship, advanced technical training, and guidance from seasoned cosmetologists, with the chance to earn while you learn and climb our eight-level career

Qualifications

• Current Enrollment: beauty school student ready to transition into a professional career.
• Flexibility: night, weekend, and holiday flexibility to maximize learning and earning potential.
• Legal Authorization: Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Passion: a willingness to learn cuts, fades, and color from the best in the business.

Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience: work the reception area and support all actions that influence the guest experience.
• Develop Your Craft: participate in a training plan developed with your Salon Leader (SL).
• Professional Partnership: partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests.
• Observe & Learn: watch salon professionals as they work and ask questions to sharpen your skills.
• Business Building: receive training on professional product knowledge, consultation skills, and how to build a strong clientele.
