Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is launching the FuturePRO (Student to Work) program for cosmetology students to begin earning while they learn. You will work toward licensure, receive mentorship, and participate in hands-on training alongside seasoned professionals.

As you progress, the program offers an 8-Level Career Ladder and commission-based opportunities with potential to earn up to six figures annually. This on-site pathway supports your growth into a licensed stylist or barber.

Qualifications

• Beauty school student ready to transition to a professional career.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
• Flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays to maximize learning.

Responsibilities

• Support guest experience in the salon flow.
• Participate in a training plan with Salon Leader to develop skills.
• Observe and learn from licensed professionals and build clientele.
