As a student, you’ll start with observation and guidance, then advance through our 8-level career ladder while enjoying flexible hours and a supportive salon team.

Qualifications

• Current beauty school student ready to transition into a professional career.
• Night, weekend, and holiday flexibility to maximize learning and earning potential.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Willingness to learn cuts, fades, and color from the best in the business.

Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience: Work reception area and support actions that influence guest experience.
• Develop Your Craft: Participate in a training plan developed with your Salon Leader (SL).
• Professional Partnership: Partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests.
• Observe & Learn: Watch Salon Professionals as they work and ask questions to sharpen skills.
• Business Building: Receive training on product knowledge, consultation skills, and building a strong clientele.
