College of Southern Nevada is seeking a part-time CSN Student Body Secretary at the North Las Vegas campus to maintain accurate Senate minutes and distribute them within seven days of each meeting. You will also assist with programs, surveys, and student development activities.

The role requires enrollment in at least 6 CSN credits, adherence to CSN conduct, and participation in required trainings. Expect ongoing committee work, weekly hours, and opportunities to engage with student government

Qualifications

• Must be CSN student enrolled in at least 6 credits.
• Experience taking meeting minutes is preferred.
• Able to attend trainings as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Take thorough senate meeting minutes.
• Distribute minutes within seven days of meetings.
• Attend required CSN ASCSN workshops and trainings.
• Support administration with programs and surveys.
• Attend campus events and promote ASCSN Student Government.
