The position requires enrollment in at least 6 credits, maintaining GPA benchmarks, and completing mandatory trainings. Expect up to 12 hours weekly plus committee work and class presentations during the term.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours each semester at the applicable CSN campus.
• Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.25 each semester.
• Maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.50 or higher overall.
• Attend required in-person trainings on specified dates.
• Submit a statement of interests at the start of term and keep it updated.

Responsibilities

• Serve on at least one ASCSN Standing Committee and two ASCSN Ad-hoc Committees.
• Participate in ASCSN meetings and present updates as required by instructors.
• Deliver a brief presentation in one class each month about ASCSN activities.
• Work a minimum of 12 hours per week on senatorial programs and campus activities.
• Promote ASCSN events and engage with student populations.
