Qualifications

• Candidate must be enrolled or attending Northwest Career College.
• Enrolled student preferred to be within their first five modules.

Responsibilities

• Provides a 5-star experience to all guests, students, and employees.
• Welcomes guests by greeting them and answering inquiries.
• Stays up to date on internal directory information.
• Contacts the supervisor for escalations or support.
• Restocks and services breakroom and restroom supplies.
• Maintains customer confidence and confidentiality.
• Answers internal phone calls and directs them.
• Completes program-related coursework or assignments.
• Completes projects and follows up on results.
• Other duties assigned by the Front Office Supervisor.
