Responsibilities

• Greeting each guest and directing them accordingly.
• Work in Campus Connect to see FYE Peer Mentor appointment availability.
• Answering the phone at the front desk.
• Assist FYE Peer Mentors with office needs, such as making copies, handling office supplies.
• Assist with gathering information for First-Year Experience Programs
• Assist with Student orgs.
• Assist with new hire paperwork for FYE peer mentors and UNIV 1101 Instructors
• Issue laptops
• Events - room reservations
• Other job duties as assigned.
